Experienced SEND specialists
Our drivers and Passenger Assistants are experienced in supporting children with a wide range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, physical disabilities and complex medical requirements.
Consistency and safety first
Wherever possible, we provide the same driver, Passenger Assistant and vehicle for each child, helping build trust, reduce anxiety and create a familiar daily routine. Our team receives ongoing training in safeguarding, disability awareness, behaviour management, communication and passenger care. Every vehicle is regularly maintained, thoroughly cleaned and safety checked.

Example 1: Lewisham Council
We were asked to provide transport for children with complex SEND requirements, where consistency and communication were essential. By allocating regular drivers and Passenger Assistants wherever possible, maintaining close communication with the council and schools, and responding quickly to any operational changes, we helped ensure children travelled safely and with confidence each day.
Positive outcome: The routes operated reliably throughout the academic year, children benefited from familiar transport crews, and the council had a responsive transport provider that worked proactively to resolve issues and maintain continuity of service.
